Our Social Purpose
Founded in 2023 by the visionaries behind Albatross Golf Society, the Footprints Forward Foundation embodies our commitment to using the game of golf as a catalyst for transformative change.
Our goal is clear: to support 100,000 foster youth within the first decade of Albatross’s founding. Through mentorship, funding, and opportunity, we aim to give these young people the resources they need to not only survive but thrive.

Every year 23,000 foster youth age out of the system in the U.S., often facing insurmountable obstacles:
- Homelessness: 20% are without a home the day they turn 18.
- Unemployment: by 24, only half have stable employment.
- Educational Barriers: fewer than 3% earn a college degree.
- Emotional Trauma: 25% suffer from PTSD due to abuse and neglect.
Despite these daunting challenges, 70% of foster youth aspire to attend college and achieve better futures. Their resilience is inspiring—and their dreams deserve our support.

Every Albatross tournament doubles as a fundraiser for Footprints Forward, with a portion of all winnings and member contributions directly funding scholarships, housing, and career programs.
